Ok, we know you’re ready for a break, so today we’ll whisk you off to beautiful Monchique. Bring your water bottle and fill it at the mountain spring, known for the water’s healing properties. After a healthy lunch you’ll be inspired by a visit to a local artist’s workshop. Maybe take home a souvenir from one of the local art galleries to commemorate today.

Today is an all-day coaching clinic - Alicia, Lauren and Gill will be available for individual 1:1 meetings so you can be sure all your questions around your specific situation will be answered.

On Friday we come together again as a group for an ‘Ask Us Anything’ fireside (or should that be poolside) chat. On Friday evening we’ll travel together to an authentic local restaurant to experience a true Portuguese farewell.
